It's getting easier...

So I can finally say that I think it is starting to get a little easier over here at the Murray house. Justin and I are both getting to understand the babies' routines and are adjusting to our new life as parents of three kids.

I still have two more months of maternity leave which I will enjoy and miss when I go back to work. Now that is going to be hectic but luckily we have a great support system between my mom, Justin's mom Deanne and Justin's Grandma Judy.

Which brings me to my next comment. Justin had a great suggestion that I post a 'Thank you' tribute on my blog to my mom, Deanne, and Judy for all the help they give to us and have offered when I go back to work. I wanted to post some pictures of them with the babies but I don't seem to have one of them with the babies. I need to take more pictures!!
So for now I want to say a great big thanks to them for all the help they give us. We truly appreciate all the time they have offered us to help with our kids. An extra special thank you to my mom who has watched Trent for the past 3 1/2 years literally whenever I needed her to and already so much with the twins now as well. I truly do not know what we would do without her. So thank you mom!!!

Disneyland and Homemade Ice Cream

Mommy and T making ice cream
Daddy and T adding the salt

It's a small world....

Crash em up

So the other night I decided to make ice cream- cookie dough. Turned out great and I had some helpers.
I have been trying to spend one day a week as "Mommy and Trent" day. Last week we went to lunch and Chuck e Cheese and this past week we went to Disneyland with my mom. I am so consumed with the babies T really needs this one on one attention. Thankfully between my mom, Justin's mom and grandma I am able to do this.

Not much new going on over at the Murray house. Mostly feeding and changing diapers. I know too exciting!! Hey but last night both babies only got up once in the middle of the night. They are doing great!

Some new photos I thought I would share. They are 7 weeks old.

Weekend update

So our babies are now 6 weeks old. Things are getting easier... a little anyway. We took Trent to see the movie 'Up' over the weekend. We had a 'Trent only' day yesterday. My mom watched the babies and off we went. He loved all the uninterrupted attention he got from the both of us and it felt great to give that to him. He has been such an understanding big brother. Very proud of him =)
P.S. I officially love having a little girl. Some of you may know I always wanted all boys. Always felt like I was a mom of boys and was very fearful of what the ultrasound would tell us with the twins. Now I can't get enough of little Tatum. I love trying to get bows to stick in her hair (what she has left anyway)..and I can't wait to buy her some of the cute clothes I've been looking at.
